The Carrot and The Cupcake Memory Match Game Workout

This card game is a memory match game with a twist. When you match two cards that are the same you must perform the action on the card. Each pair of cards has a movement and a number of reps or specific time that you follow. When the movement is successfully performed you get to keep the cards whoever collects the most cards wins!
This memory match game workout is to help promote physical activity for both kids and parents. Have fun doing all the movements together! Stay fit and be happy!
